Our all-of-facility care includes specialist services spanning the entire spectrum of integrity, with expert knowledge in risk-based inspection, operations readiness, maintenance strategies, failure analysis, vibration, fitness for service, asset optimization, training, risk, and assurance. From design to decommissioning, we maximize performance and reliability to ensure the successful start-up and ongoing operability of the Client’s assets, with a measured approach that ensures productivity is achieved safely and economically.
III. Construction and Field Services
Oscion has the construction expertise to deliver reliable project results with exemplary field maintenance services for the life of the asset. We have a growing track record of providing full-service support and completion for the entirety of a project’s life cycle. Our energy and industrial experience, in-depth knowledge of assets, and transparent information sharing combine to provide safe, effective solutions, regardless of project size or complexity. Integrating our construction and engineering expertise allows us to perform multiple services through a variety of contract models such as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Engineering, Procurement, and Fabrication (EPF), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM).

VI. Maintenance
Oscion provides safe, consistent operational support across planned and unplanned maintenance activities, from the management of equipment repair, overhaul, and field service support to strategic maintenance planning, inventory management, and procurement. Our site-based maintenance teams are passionate about promoting efficiency and delivering excellence in performance by executing work through bespoke maintenance management systems.
The maintenance program commences as soon as materials arrive and continues until the last element is evacuated. We have set processes and a highly skilled technical team to deliver in line with the client’s facility maintenance strategy. We also have a back-office agility streamlined to achieve the set goals. This makes specialist technology depth available to help and support the project at hand.

IX. Shutdowns, Turnarounds (Tars) & Hook-Ups
We understand how important production and project schedules are to our customers, so we always aim to achieve start-up on time. We have several years of experience in successful hook-up and commissioning (HUC), shutdown, and turnaround (TAR) projects around the world. Our success is built on working with the best people and using our integrated planning and completion management systems. At this vital stage, we determine the operating systems, limits, and system handover sequences, focusing on the items required for this critical phase. We also identify inspection test records, prepare commissioning procedures, and develop a strategic execution plan.
