I. Asset Integrity
We provide asset integrity solutions across the asset cycle of the oil and gas stream. Our all-of-facility care includes specialist services spanning the entire spectrum of integrity, with expert knowledge in risk-based inspection, operations readiness, maintenance strategies, failure analysis, vibration, fitness for service, asset optimization, training, risk, and assurance. From design to decommissioning, we maximize performance and reliability to ensure the successful start-up and ongoing operability of the Client’s assets, with a measured approach that ensures productivity is achieved safely and economically.
II. Manpower Services
As the core of our business, we provide skilled manpower across a selection of specialities and sites, both onshore and offshore. We ensure we have the right professional with the right training and competency, in the right location and with the right tools to undertake the job. We also have the systems and support tools to do this efficiently day in and day out for short-term backfill and long-term core staff appointments. Our broad understanding of assets and their requirements puts us at the leading edge of operational delivery. Our comprehensive in-house competency program is designed to fully assure supervisors and customers that we are supplying the right people for the job.
III. Operation Solutions
We provide full-scope operations and integrity support for facilities and producing assets. Our complete service range assists customers throughout the operations stage of an asset. This competency also supports protecting the Clients’ investments to ensure safety and increase in efficiency while reducing cost. Our Operations solutions combine regular ongoing support for maintenance and operations with project-based services for modifications and major upgrades, enhanced with a comprehensive selection of integrity and specialist disciplines. Our spectrum of operations solutions offers solutions from the start-up of a completed project through to its retirement from service.
IV. Integrity Management
As a leading provider of all-of-facility integrity management delivery and assurance capabilities, we understand the challenges of maximizing asset performance whilst balancing costs and maintaining safety assurance. Our tools and expertise allow us to provide practical all-of-facility integrity management solutions across wells, onshore and offshore pipelines, process facilities and topsides, and marine systems. Our services range from developing comprehensive integrity management systems and executing integrity management activities to independent engineering analysis of facilities. This impartial engineering advice and life-cycle approach to integrity management is supported by our software tools and models.
V. Fabrication
Oscion provides flexible fabrication solutions, from small-scale replacements and repairs to modular elements for medium to large-scale structures. This also includes fabrication management for mega projects. Our services may be offered as a stand-alone service or as part of an integrated project. Integrated with our fabrication offerings are survey and rapid turnaround scanning capability, multi-discipline engineering, construction, and installation.
VI. Maintenance Management
Efficient and cost-effective maintenance strategies are essential to minimize downtimes while prioritizing safety, environmental concerns, and production impacts. Our extensive support includes maintenance consulting, work management workflow design, CMMS evaluations and selection, data migration, data quality analysis, system implementations and upgrades, interface design, reporting, and training. We also provide asset management strategies, spare parts analysis, warehouse management, vendor storage, interim database and CMMS solutions, hierarchy structures, failure codes, preventative maintenance, job plans and schedules, labour/material/tools estimation, spare parts inventory management, and materials classification.
VII. Composite Wrap Repairs
Composite wrapping is a targeted and effective solution that can extend asset life, prevent leaks, and minimize repair time. It also restores structural integrity and improves future integrity, decreasing the need for expensive shutdowns and steel replacement. Our wide range of bespoke composite repair services is designed to extend asset life by providing reactive, adaptable, and cost-efficient repairs to a variety of steel structures in both offshore and onshore environments. We provide short-term and long-term solutions, depending on your requirements, and offer structural steel repairs, pipeline repairs, and leak-sealing services.
VIII. Heat Treatment
Oscion provides versatile, turnkey heat treatment service solutions for the energy and marine sectors. Operating in often demanding and hazardous environments, we extend and protect the life span of structural assets, increasing the longevity and durability of steel structures to maximize plant and equipment utilization and return on investment. From conventional heat treatment, induction systems to line thaws, coating curing, and Passive Fire Protection (PFP) removal, these services can be provided on a stand-alone basis or can be combined with other mechanical, commissioning, and installation services.
IX. Mechanical And Piping Support Services
Oscion provides a range of mechanical and piping support services. Our highly skilled and trained operatives provide effective support at various stages throughout the asset life cycle, from construction, turnarounds, and maintenance to projects. These comprehensive services allow us to adjust to the ongoing project and adapt or relocate our workforce to suit your needs.
Our operatives are experienced in providing mechanical and piping support in both onshore and offshore environments, whether for a one-off project, term maintenance contract, or a shutdown program. These services range from material procurement and management, fabrication and welding, shutdown management and execution, project management, piping, structural and equipment installation.
X. Vibration, Dynamics, And Noise
Oscion is an indigenous company with emerging expertise in addressing vibration, dynamics, and noise issues in piping systems, structures, and rotating equipment. The company has an advanced team dedicated to identifying and resolving risks, troubleshooting problems, and managing noise throughout the lifecycle of assets. We offer services, software, and products to support piping and structures, static equipment and structures, machinery, and noise management. With several years of experience, we focus on innovation to provide practical solutions and faster turnaround times for clients. Our technical specialists provide support in four main areas namely piping and structures, machinery, noise management, field engineering and troubleshooting.
XI. Shutdowns, Turnarounds (Tars) & Hook-Ups
We understand how important production and project schedules are to our customers, so we always aim to achieve start-up on time. We have several years of experience in successful hook-up and commissioning (HUC), shutdown, and turnaround (TAR) projects around the world. Our success is built on working with the best people and using our integrated planning and completion management systems. At this vital stage, we determine the operating systems, limits, and system handover sequences, focusing on the items required for this critical phase. We also identify inspection test records, prepare commissioning procedures, and develop a strategic execution plan.
XII. Flow Assurance Services (Software – FAS)
Oscion offers an integrated toolkit for post-simulation processing and specialized flow assurance analysis. This flow assurance software package helps users visualize and analyze results from steady-state and transient flow simulators. The FAS works with mainstream simulators, using comprehensive flow assurance calculations not readily available in these simulations. It replaces spreadsheets and other manual calculations with a single solution, delivering custom results to multiple departments in a consistent way. The workflow is streamlined to maximize third-party multiphase flow simulator availability, with simulation undertaken using the simulator engine, with the FAS being utilized for the pre and post-processing phases.
