We understand that no two facilities are the same. Each has different operational and commercial drivers, so in assessing a client’s assets, we review their peculiarities in several different ways to ensure the integrity solution we provide is rightsized and fit for purpose.
I. Asset Integrity Management Software (AIMS)
We provide a flexible and scalable asset integrity management software (AIMS) that is programmed to improve productivity, remove data duplication, and provide real-time asset information. It facilitates the building of integrity frameworks for all asset types and has the capacity to meet all-of-facility integrity needs across the oil and gas life cycle. It can also integrate with the Client’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to help reduce data duplication and improve productivity.
II. Corrosion And Material Selection
Corrosion caused by the process fluids is a frequent challenge in the design and operation of facilities for oil and gas production, pipelines, process facilities, and other systems. Our specialized software is a tool that guides corrosion engineers through the quantitative estimation of corrosion rates and the selection of corrosion-resistant materials. At the heart of this tool is a model for corrosion analysis, firmly based on laboratory data and on-field calibration studies with pipelines, piping, and downhole tubing.
III. Well Integrity Management Software (WIMS)
Our WIMS offers comprehensive integrity management of wells with powerful capabilities. This expert software system includes barrier integrity status monitoring, MAASP Calculation, well failure scenario analysis, risk assessment, well barrier schematic generation, configurable performance traffic lighting, erosion and corrosion modeling, inspection planning, and more.

VI. Asset Visualization
We operate software described to deploy a powerful visualization engine to render high-definition 360-degree imagery to recreate any asset, creating a highly realistic virtual user environment. This unique, cloud-based tool can be used across desktop and mobile devices and its user interface is designed to be easy to use and powerful enough to integrate into any enterprise environment. The tool offers features that support collaboration, providing the right information to the right person at the right time. It includes spherical photos that allow users to immerse themselves in an environment and 360-degree videos created by stitching together high-resolution images captured by six cameras.

Our extensive support includes maintenance consulting, work management workflow design, CMMS evaluations and selection, data migration, data quality analysis, system implementations and upgrades, interface design, reporting, and training. IX. Cathodic Protection
Cathodic protection is one of the most effective forms of external corrosion control for immersed or buried metallic materials. Cathodic protection is frequently used as a secondary or backup system in combination with protective coatings, but also as a standalone system when operational conditions make the use of coatings unjustified or impractical.
Despite a simple and robust mechanism, the protective effects of cathodic protection are only optimal within a narrow range of design and operational parameters. Faulty design or improper operation of cathodic protection may damage equipment, protective coatings, and even personnel safety. Consequently, the area of cathodic protection is regulated and requires the expertise of specialized and suitably qualified engineers.
